Julies loves to advise on personalized HOME EXERCISE PLANS, ACTIVE STRENGTHENING/LENGTHENING STRETCHES and BREATHING TECHNIQUES that will support the work she and her clients do on the table! She wants each of her clients to know how to support themselves when at home, at the office, or just on the go!
