Meet our Licensed Massage Practitioners
BREKE BIELEWITZ, LMP - Breke graduated from the Healing Arts Institute in 2014 with training in Swedish, sport and neuromuscular massage therapy. Her skills are a culmination of years of management in the healthcare field. Having, herself experienced over a decade of sciatic pain, migraines, and headaches —and finding relief from those through massage and chiropractic—Breke goes above and beyond to aid people in their journey to recovery. A veteran member of the KineticWise team, Breke possesses a deep understanding around, how simple daily activities (such as desk work, exercise, heavy purses, etc.) affect posture and position of the body and cause dis-ease, as well as how past traumatic events (car accidents, dental work, falls, surgeries) can, over time, snowball into chronic pain.
BEN LINDSTROM, LMP - Ben became intrigued by the healing power of touch when he was told the solution to his pain was a pharmaceutical approach. As a hockey player, musician, and overall active person, Ben concentrates multiple hours every week bruising his body and pushing his limits. With massage, he found a different approach for managing pain and preventing injury. In 2015, Ben pursued massage as a career to acquire that power of touch. In 2016, Ben began working with The Colorado Eagles Hockey Club, and in 2018, Ben began his career at KineticWise to offer therapeutic touch to the Northern Colorado community.
SABRINA SOLIS, HHP, LMP - Sabrina is very excited to join the KineticWise team and share her passion for massage therapy as an integral component of integrative health care. She graduated from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego in 2012 as a Holistic Health Practitioner and is certified in the Rolf method of Structural Integration. She studied primarily clinical and evidence-based massage modalities, and focused her interest and training on injury recovery and prevention, restoring alignment and balance, and reducing pain. Sabrina’s professional experience has been in integrative health care settings working in tandem with other types of therapists to help people reach their wellness goals. She predominantly provided massage for post-acute injury rehabilitation and neurological disorders, and treated a wide variety of chronic pain conditions. Sabrina became interested in holistic health after receiving years of massage for chronic tension headaches and various dance injuries. She found that where other methods of health care failed, massage was the one thing that consistently provided lasting relief. In 2008, she chose to commit herself to learning how to offer this type of relief to others, and is passionate about continuously pursuing education in health and wellness.
KENDRA L. MELSON, LMP, NCBTMB - Taking her experience of over a decade teaching at both core and continuing education levels, as well as maintaining a thriving private practice, Kendra soon reached her maximum case load in 2009. Rather than limit her impact to the select number of patients she could treat each day, Kendra founded KineticWise in order to share her knowledge of wellness, medical and sports therapy massage. As clinic founder and Director of Education, Kendra is also the developer of our advanced neuromuscular rehabilitation (NMR) technique known as the PEP™ Method. Kendra personally oversees hours of hands-on training to her staff of hand-picked practitioners.
